The St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention & Visitors Bureau is a department of Pinellas County Government and is the official tourism marketing and managment organization for the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area.

Convention & Event Services
The Convention & Event Services department provides certified planning assistance for meetings and events held throughout Pinellas County. Our work with planners begins with pre-promotion and attendance-building and finishes with on-site assistance. With the Certified Meeting Professionals (CMP) credentials, the Services staff anticipates and fulfills planning needs. For our local suppliers, we research, familiarize, and refer their services for all meetings and event planning needs.
