Public Invited; Lucky Local to Receive ‘Ambush Makeover’
(St. Pete/Clearwater, FL - February 19, 2008) – St. Pete Beach’s historic —Pink Palace,” the Loews Don CeSar Beach Resort, will host a live broadcast of the nationally-televised CBS Early Show tomorrow, Wednesday, February 20, from 7-9 a.m.
Best-selling author and celebrity designer Bradley Bayou, whose clients include Cindy Crawford, Neve Campbell and Halle Berry, will be on hand to host —Ambush Makeover,” a style-centered segment in which one lucky winner will be selected from the crowd to receive a hair and makeup revamp live on national television.
CBS weatherman Dave Price will provide weather updates from the resort’s pool and beach area throughout the two-hour show, which draws a national audience of nearly 3 million viewers.
The public is invited to arrive at the resort’s pool area starting at 5 a.m., and free self-parking is available at the main parking lot.

The makeover is an appropriate segment for the Don CeSar to host, since the resort’s brand new Spa Oceana, a $12 million, 11,000 square-foot full-service spa and salon fronting the Gulf of Mexico, is scheduled to open next month.
