LIBERTYVILLE, Ill., April 4, 2007 – Michael Andretti’s 2007 IndyCar is about to get a whole new look just in time for the Indianapolis 500. Coming off the heels of the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, the race car will sport some pretty prominent logos including one from the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention &
Visitors Bureau.

In 2006, Andretti stepped out of retirement to race alongside son Marco at the Indianapolis 500, finishing third, in one of the most exciting races in recent history. Today, the new look of his lean, mean racing machine will be unveiled at
a 3pm ceremony.

Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) and Andretti Green Racing (AGR) announced the company’s co-major sponsorship of Michael Andretti’s IndyCar for the 2007 Indianapolis 500. Motorola, already major sponsor of Danica Patrick’s #7 AGR
IndyCar, will join Jim Beam as co-major sponsor of Andretti’s #39 car, while continuing to provide critical two-way communication solutions for all AGR teams. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems and the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Convention & Visitors Bureau will also have some major face-time with logos prominently displaced on Andretti’s race car.

—Having the Floridas Beach logo on such a high profile race car can only strengthen our already strong position as a leading tourist destination,” said Carole Ketterhagen, Executive Director of the CVB .

Motorola has been involved in open-wheel racing for more than a decade and with Andretti Green Racing for the past four seasons. AGR is the second-winningest team in IndyCar Series history, winning the series championship in 2004 and 2005.

Motorola will continue to provide communication solutions to AGR as well as promote its brand and products through the sport. Motorola believes open wheel racing is a strong platform to communicate the company’s Bluetooth technology and ultra-sleek designs to an audience that shares its passion for speed and
performance.
