ST. PETERSBURG/CLEARWATER AREA CVB GETS LEGAL

CLEARWATER, FL (September 15, 2006)- High gas prices. Red tide. Hurricanes. Tourist safety.
Any of these could do considerable damage to the hospitality industry. But now, there’s a seminar
to help you know what to do when one of these crisis hits you.

Mr. Howe serves as counsel for Meeting Professionals International, a board member for the
Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys and is one of the few lawyers in the United States to
have argued before the United States Supreme Court on Hospitality Law.
