St. Pete/Clearwater, FL (November 1, 2013) - As the area gears up for Enjoy Arts & Tastes---a three-day festival starting Nov. 15 that will bring the largest collection of celebrity chefs ever assembled on the Gulf Coast---Visit St. Pete/Clearwater is launching a three-part video celebration of culinary highlights, from the best of Gulf fresh seafood to the most decadent local desserts.
